The
intent of this funding opportunity is to contract
with a provider to establish a Juvenile Community
Reentry Center in Mercer County. The Center will
assist youth returning from placement in the Commission’s
juvenile correctional facilities in New Jersey
surmount barriers and obstacles to successful
reentry through a variety of rehabilitative interventions.
The Center will serve as a “portal of reentry”
for youth returning to Mercer County. The multi-service
center will provide or broker for individualized,
family and group structured programming during
traditional and non-traditional hours. |
